Terms & Conditions

• This great offer applies to the dog and cat food from the participating brands listed below.
 
• Offer is applicable on the same brand and type of food purchased every time. Mix and match between brands and products are not applicable. 
 
• The size of dog food should be the same throughout all purchases. This is the size that you will get for free. For example, if you buy 9 x 12kg bags, you will get 1 free - 12kg bag along with your 9th purchase.
 
• If you prefer to shop offline, you can join our in-store Frequent Buyers. The in-store and the online Frequent Buyer programs cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
 
• The 9th purchase must be made within 18 months of the first purchase.
 
• In order to claim a free bag after your 9th purchase, you need to fill out this form within 24 hours of ordering the 9th bag. 

• Please ensure that the email address is consistent from the account creation process to ordering all the dog food bags. 
 
• For some reason, two or three email addresses were used throughout the purchases, please mention it in the comments section of the form. 

• Your free bag will be dispatched with the order for your 9th bag, once one of the web teams has verified your purchases.
