Delivery & Return
At Petworld, We're glad to offer two delivery options to our customers.
Orders under standard delivery are generally delivered within 3 - 5 business days of dispatch. We have partnered with An post and DPD to provide fast and secure delivery for our customers.
Standard delivery ensures products are delivered anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland for €5.75 up to 30kg. Delivery to the Mainland UK is charged at €10 per order, please note we can not deliver outside Ireland and Mainland UK at the moment.
Introducing ''Priority Delivery'' for our customers across Ireland. A delivery method where the orders dispatched will be prioritized by the logistics team over the standard orders.
The cost of a priority delivery service is €5.95 for all orders. Please note, this guarantees a priority dispatch over the standard orders, the delivery of the same depends on the delivery partners.
Order Processing & Shipping
We process orders 7 days a week, all year round excluding Bank holidays & Public Holidays. This ensures that the orders are ready to be picked up by our courier partners for quick delivery.
However; our delivery partners pick up orders at 3 pm between Mon - Fri only. This means that any orders placed on Friday after 3 PM will be picked up on the upcoming Monday.
Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package. In the event of damage, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). A 'Force Majeure' Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following: strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disasters; the impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport; the impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your item arrives broken or damaged, if you receive the wrong product, we will arrange for the item to be collected and returned to us at no cost to you. Once the item is received back to the store we will contact you to organise a replacement or refund. To return a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email email@example.com or call our web team on 090 6479776 to arrange pick-up.
Petworld Returns Policy
In order to return the product back to us, here are the three options that can be availed:

Exchange or Return Your Unwanted Purchase:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. So if you decide that your purchase is not going to work out, is not the right size or you simply don’t want it anymore, you can return the new and unused item to us for an exchange or refund.
Petworld Returns - 3 Easy Ways
Return to any Petworld store (for exchanges only) – Simply bring a copy of your e-mailed receipt along with the item to any of our Petworld stores (link) for an exchange.
Send the item back to us via post or courier, making sure to include your order number and also a contact phone number in the package. When we receive the item back to the store and there is no sign of wear or damage, we will call you to arrange your refund or exchange.
If we do not receive the item back of full merchantable quality with full packaging as sent, there may be a discounted refund applied to your item as a result.
Don’t have time to go to the post office? Call us on 090 6479776 and we will arrange for the item to be picked up and brought to us using our courier. This is at a cost of €6.50, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded or the exchange amount.
This option is only available to pick up from an address within the island of Ireland.

Please Note: This refund amount excludes delivery charges. All items to be exchanged/refunded must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer’s packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Packages must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
