Delivery & Returns
The standard Delivery charge is €6.25 for up to 30kg. FREE Standard Delivery on orders over €30. Orders are dispatched between Monday - Friday. Customer should receive their orders within 3 - 4 working days after the dispatch.
The cost of an express delivery service is €6.50 for all orders. Please note this guarantees a priority dispatch over the standard orders, the delivery of the same depends on the delivery partners.
Delivery to the mainland UK is charged at €10 for orders under 25kg. Please note, we do not deliver outside the mainland UK.

Not what I thought it would be. When it said heavy duty I thought it would be suitable for my dog (a Labrador), it’s only a thin strap suitable for a small dog. I should have ensured it was a wide enough strap before I paid for it!

This collar is not heavy duty. I was hoping to purchase the same thick collar that originally came with the Petsafe Wireless receiver, but this collar is thin and poor quality.
